This was my second time staying at this hotel. I first came three years ago with my mum, and we had such a great experience that we decided to come back—this time with the whole family—for Riccardo Cocciante’s concert (which was absolutely amazing!). The hotel is right in front of the Arena—you couldn’t ask for a better location! The staff here are probably the kindest and most polite I’ve ever met. They really make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your stay great. Breakfast had lots of choice and was really good. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was also a kettle, a mini fridge with two bottles of water per person (still and sparkling), and some fizzy drinks—all free. There was a comfy sofa near the entrance where we spent a lot of time chatting. A lovely touch was being offered coffee at check-in. The rooftop view was breathtaking—it looks right out onto the Arena. We also used the spa, which had a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. It made the stay even more special. I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel deserves more stars. Luxury from the second you arrive. From the sweet station at reception, to the car valley and bell boy, robes and slippers in the room, mood lighting under the bed and in the shower, great breakfast selection, mini bar that appeared to be included (I didn’t use it but there wasn’t a price list) Stylish decor, located on the heart of this lovely city. Staff give the guests the VIP treatment. Service was fantastic Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept it Room rate includes 30 minute private access to terrace and hot tub before it opens to the public. Must be pre booked and subject to availability. We booked and it was real treat and lovely experience looking over the arena and bra square. When the terrace is open the vibe and food are great. Highly recommended

Exceptional customer service from start to finish, we would return again just for the staff! The staff went above and beyond from the minute we made contact to confirm details, then they met us to assist with parking, every time we encountered a staff member we were met with a helpful smiling face. When we entered the breakfast room the waitress was immediately getting our coffees ready, when we were in the foyer the checkin staff were checking if we needed a bottle of water. The breakfast buffet was exceptional quality and value! The bed and pillows were amazing and the shower was spacious! For a small room it was very comfortable!

We had the most amazing stay here, beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Castel Vecchio. The apartment is so chic, equipped with everything you need, great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. The highlight of our stay was the staff of the hotel, the kindest, most caring and helpful people I have met throughout my travels. I have no words to thank Stefano for all the help, recommendations and support, you have made our stay the best experience possible! Do not think twice and choose this place, you will not regret it!

I loved EVERYTHING. The clean and well equipped room with view at the arena for me and my dog, the helpfulness of the hotel staff, not anything to mention about how caring and loving they are for travelers and their dog. Breakfast costs €8 but is worth double of the price. The location is also really nice, even perfect! With a very nice restaurant when you walk out of the restaurant. They also take good care of your car. I liked it so much I wanted to book an extra night right away! I can keep on going but you have to check it yourself.
