Hotel Milano & SPA***S

Pleasant - well located, with the benefit of hindsight a better option than the main hotel which is closer to the Arena, but would have been more difficult with parking. The room was well presented.

The room is very spacious, very clean and the little pantry area was also well stocked. It would have been very convenient if I had wanted to cook a simple snack or meal, which I did not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a valet parking service which was very helpful and professional as we could just leave the car in front of the hotel and they will take care of the rest. We stayed at The Verona House, which is a short distance from the actual hotel. I was at first a little concerned about the quality, and the location but it all turned out great. Very close Walking distance to old town, with cafes just round every corner.

We have stayed in Verona 5 times and this is by far the best hotel. The staff were exceptional! Nothing too much trouble , always friendly and smiling. The location was brilliant. Right in the centre. The room just what we needed and super clean. The breakfast was lovely. Everything you would want & again the staff literally nothing was too much trouble. The roof top bar and again the staff so lovely and friendly. The lovely chef lady was super helpful with my gluten free allergy and even did some GF cake every morning. So thoughtful. Thank you. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Milano & thoroughly recommend.

The staff at Hotel Milano & Spa are very special, we were given exceptional service from the second we arrived to the second we left the hotel, they continually exceeded our expectations. The hotel location is perfect, so close to The Arena, shops, bars and restaurants, definitely a central hotel in Verona with amazing views from the rooftop bar. Our room was stunning, we chose a deluxe room which was wonderful, clean, spacious, luxurious and had everything we could have wanted. The breakfast offer was extensive, delicious, the cooking and service was impeccable. Every single member of the team had a single mission which was to delight their guests. On our trip through Switzerland and Italy, we stayed in 7 hotels in 7 nights, this hotel was the best, if we come to Verona again we would definitely stay here and highly recommend to other travellers. The hotel is in an excellent location. The roof terrace view has the wow factor. I liked that reception sent me a message letting me know to pre-book space in the evening as it gets busy. I did so for each evening and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The staff really make this hotel special and are full of information should you need it. We enjoyed a basic but good quality breakfast each morning for a good price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities were a comfortable touch, and again, the housekeeping staff were thorough and pleasant. A double payment was accidentally taken on check-out, and the matter was dealt with quickly and without fuss. In my experience, this doesn't always happen and again spoke volumes about the excellent staff.
