Hotel Milano & SPA***S

Pleasant - well located, with the benefit of hindsight a better option than the main hotel which is closer to the Arena, but would have been more difficult with parking. The room was well presented.

The location is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Robe and slippers were provided even in the standard room. The valet parking was efficient.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I first came three years ago with my mum, and we had such a great experience that we decided to come back—this time with the whole family—for Riccardo Cocciante’s concert (which was absolutely amazing!). The hotel is right in front of the Arena—you couldn’t ask for a better location! The staff here are probably the kindest and most polite I’ve ever met. They really make you feel welcome and do everything they can to make your stay great. Breakfast had lots of choice and was really good. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was also a kettle, a mini fridge with two bottles of water per person (still and sparkling), and some fizzy drinks—all free. There was a comfy sofa near the entrance where we spent a lot of time chatting. A lovely touch was being offered coffee at check-in. The rooftop view was breathtaking—it looks right out onto the Arena. We also used the spa, which had a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. It made the stay even more special. I will definitely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay here, beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view of Castel Vecchio. The apartment is so chic, equipped with everything you need, great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. The highlight of our stay was the staff of the hotel, the kindest, most caring and helpful people I have met throughout my travels. I have no words to thank Stefano for all the help, recommendations and support, you have made our stay the best experience possible! Do not think twice and choose this place, you will not regret it!

What did you like? I was absolutely delighted with the location and the incredibly friendly, professional staff. The hotel’s position is perfect—I could even see part of the Arena from my window. The breakfast was delicious, served in a cosy, elegant restaurant. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful; I truly felt valued as a guest. I appreciated how they took care of my car by parking it in their garage, and when I called to ask about the location, they provided clear and helpful directions. During check-out, they kindly offered me a coffee while I waited for my car to be brought from the garage, which was a thoughtful touch. I stayed here with my 6-year-old son while visiting Verona, and we had a wonderful time. I definitely plan to return, next time hopefully for a romantic holiday :-).and I look forward to booking their terrace suite with a private jacuzzi!
