The most gorgeous welcome from the staff, as well as “guard dog” Mia. We were here on a cold winter’s day, so the roof terrace wasn’t open but we had exclusive use of the hot tub up there as the sun set - just wonderful! Great spa experience as well. Breakfast is excellent, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Porters were on hand to help with luggage, and nothing was a problem at any point during the stay.

Pleasant - well located, with the benefit of hindsight a better option than the main hotel which is closer to the Arena, but would have been more difficult with parking. The room was well presented.

Breakfast was outstanding and staff super friendly! Rooms small but all we needed. I love that they welcome dogs without a fee. Location was perfect.

The location is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Robe and slippers were provided even in the standard room. The valet parking was efficient.

I have stayed with my wife and son in an apartment in a separate building (it is called "Aparthotel Verona House", address is Stradone Antonio Provolo 3 Verona). Although the concept is a little annoying scheduling an hotel room and then you are told that you are in a separate building, but once you are there - the actual place is really excellent. You can check-in right there, the rooms are a lot more spacious since they are a little off center and clean. The breakfast is excellent and it is in the actual aparthotel. Location is also very good - a 5 walk from the arena. Overall - highly recommended!

This hotel was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and ideal. The rooftop view and restaurant was incredible to eat dinner at and enjoy a glass of wine. The morning breakfast was delicious with so many options. The family was very happy with breakfast. What stood out for me at this hotel was the lovely staff members. Everyone was so delightful and accommodating. We really felt taken care of on a personal level. They quickly responded to all of our needs. I was even communicating with them during the day via booking messaging for needs and requests. They responded within a few hours. Really wonderful hotel. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again!

Fantastic location to Arena Di Verona. Wonderful team in reception, breakfast & rooftop bar. They couldn’t have been any more helpful or attentive. Superb customer service! Early check in & 12:00 checkout was really appreciated. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Amazing rooftop bar with stunning views of the arena. Absolutely stunning bedroom (we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a rooftop pool room). It made our wedding anniversary so special. We cannot thank Team Hotel Milano & Spa enough for making our stay so memorable! Highly recommend this hotel & their superb team!

Amazing hotel. Excellent location in the city center, 2 minutes walk to the Arena (we arrived for the Opera Festival). The hotel design is amazing, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great restaurant with a view of the entire city and the Arena. But above all - the wonderful staff with personal attention to everyone and a real desire to help and make the stay at the hotel as pleasant as possible. I have traveled a lot in the world and have not experienced such treatment. Perfect hotel!!!!

Location was literally a stones throw from the coliseum. The staff were very friendly with a smile. The room was spacious just like the rainfall shower. The rooftop restaurant was very busy. Booking a table is a must. The food first class. Evening drinks till midnight had to be done with that view of the arena lit up was impressive. Breakfast was just what you needed. Something for everyone. chef I noticed did cook a guests special request. If I ever go back to Verona that is my hotel.

I was switched to another location closer to the wall of the castle. The hotel personnel treat you just like in a 5 star hotel and go beyond their capacity to make sure you have a great stay! It’s clean, the room was a beautiful apartment with air conditioning and kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was $8 per adult and very nice set up of a large variety of items. The parking is extra; however there was street parking from 8pm to 8 am free as long as it was a blue lined space. All well explained by reception.
