Hotel Milano & SPA***S

The most gorgeous welcome from the staff, as well as “guard dog” Mia. We were here on a cold winter’s day, so the roof terrace wasn’t open but we had exclusive use of the hot tub up there as the sun set - just wonderful! Great spa experience as well. Breakfast is excellent, and the room was lovely and comfortable. Porters were on hand to help with luggage, and nothing was a problem at any point during the stay.

The location is unbeatable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Robe and slippers were provided even in the standard room. The valet parking was efficient.

We absolutely loved our stay at Milano Hotel! The service was exceptional—the staff was incredibly accommodating. We had a lot of luggage, and they upgraded our room to a larger one without any extra charge. Since we arrived by car, we really appreciated their valet parking service—they took care of parking and handled our luggage for us. The rooftop terrace was stunning, offering a beautiful view of the Colosseum. The bar prices were reasonable, similar to what you'd find in the U.S.: $8–$9 for a glass of wine and $20 for a gin and tonic. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a tea kettle and a coffee machine. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Verona, making it easy to explore the city. A small but thoughtful touch—they even offered us bottled water for the road! We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Verona in the future. Highly recommended!

The room is very spacious, very clean and the little pantry area was also well stocked. It would have been very convenient if I had wanted to cook a simple snack or meal, which I did not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a valet parking service which was very helpful and professional as we could just leave the car in front of the hotel and they will take care of the rest. We stayed at The Verona House, which is a short distance from the actual hotel. I was at first a little concerned about the quality, and the location but it all turned out great. Very close Walking distance to old town, with cafes just round every corner.

We have stayed in Verona 5 times and this is by far the best hotel. The staff were exceptional! Nothing too much trouble , always friendly and smiling. The location was brilliant. Right in the centre. The room just what we needed and super clean. The breakfast was lovely. Everything you would want & again the staff literally nothing was too much trouble. The roof top bar and again the staff so lovely and friendly. The lovely chef lady was super helpful with my gluten free allergy and even did some GF cake every morning. So thoughtful. Thank you. We will definitely be returning to Hotel Milano & thoroughly recommend.
